Our tenth birthday party got a little out of hand. We teamed up with the legends at Patient Wolf Gin to steep a juicy, pillowy Hazy IPA in a bath of gin, and things got weird (and delicious). Simcoe, Eclipse, Riwaka and Citra bring zesty citrus, tropical fruit and a piney bite, while the gin adds a crisp, botanical dryness that makes this hazy surprisingly sessionable. Ten years of beers, one very good gin-hop mash-up. Party hats optional, but encouraged.
