What to do with a 20% quintuple ice-distilled 5th Birthday Eisbock? Whack it into a whisky barrel of course! Well, it turns out the folks at Kinglake Distillery delivered a rather wet barrel that over time has boosted our little Eisbock to 30% ABV. The barrel treatment has lifted this "beer" toward a heavenly whisky soaked dessert territory, a smooth beverage to be enjoyed right away or cellared for many years. 

This beer was initially released after our 5th birthday in 2022, then cellared and now re-released for our 8th anniversary.
