With a license to mill, our brewer James ... ehhm, Jack crafted a Belgian Dubbel for our 7th Birthday back in November last year. Some of it went into a rather wet Whisky barrel, which boosted this delicious Dubbel to 11.4% and gave it a malty sweetness and an oozy, sticky caramel that pairs well with a lovely late night dessert.
