Tallboy & Moose Brewery Sales Representative Position
If you’d love to get out on the road with a van full of amazing craft brews, Tallboy & Moose are looking for a sales rep to join the small, fun team.
Tallboy & Moose are an independant craft brewpub based in Preston, Victoria, just 9km from Melbourne’s CBD.
Tallboy & Moose believe beer is all about coming together, sharing experiences and having a good time.
The creative and passionate team at Tallboy & Moose have been brewing and canning a fantastic range of award winning beers on premises since 2012.
Duties
- Create, implement and manage a strategic sales plan with short, medium and long term goals
- Meet and or exceed revenue goals
- Maintain and manage the business CRM
- Manage on-site tastings
- Oversee staff training in relation to business accounts
- Work closely with the finance team to keep all accounts up-to-date
- Manage and liase with clients on premise and on location
- Support events planning such as festivals and markets
About You
- Have a proven record in sales and account management
- Be an effective sales oriented communicator
- Be a creative thinker, enthusiastic, positive and eager to learn
- Have strong business skills to maximise business potential
- Have strong administrative and time-management skills
- Understand sales performance metrics
- Be able to think holistically to consider business culture and the wider brand
- Hold a current Victorian drivers licence (manual vehicle), RSA, and no prior drink-driving offences
