Caprese salad is a classic Italian salad made with slices of juicy, ripe tomato and creamy mozzarella.

Ingredients
- Tomatoes
- Mozzarella
- Fresh Basil
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
Method
Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Once sliced, alternate the tomato, basil and mozzarella in layers on a plate. Then, drizzle olive oil and a balsamic reduction on top, adding a sprinkle of salt and pepper to finish.
