If you didn't notice it already, we are late spring and now on the run up or wind down to the end of the year. It is less than 6 weeks until Christmas. Yikes!!
2023 seems to have vanished before my eyes. So much has happened this year, and way too many things to talk about in this little piece. But safe to say, the year is coming to an end on a high.
The team at Tallboy Towers HQ are ramping up their pint slinging and cocktail shaking chops to make sure that all the break up functions we have pop off like the proverbial weasel out the box!

To beer! This month has seen the release of a beer that I have been really excited about as it is a collaboration with one of my favourite suppliers, Hop Products Australia.
The brief from HPA was to brew something to highlight their new fancy schmancy ultra modern, shiny and new hop extracts.
In conversations with Phil, the sensational rep from HPA, it was decided to brew an American strong ale, which is somewhere between a pale ale and an IPA.
Spruce Sprigsteen is the name and just like the Boss, it is quintessential Americana. Think all the pine, resin and citrus with the big malty backbone of an IPA Born in the USA, but with slightly less booze.
Classic US hops Centennial, Mosaic and Columbus hops bring the dank and some fresh spruce tips (see what we did here?!) were added to amp it up a nudge further. It'll have you dancing in the dark before you know it!
