In February, as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Tallboy & Moose will partner with Melbourne Sake to brew a limited sake/beer hybrid. 

On 16 March you will be able to experience the amazing fusion between Japan's national drink and Melbourne’s craft beer culture at a Masterclass and Tasting Event held at our Preston Brewpub.

On 16 March our Masterclass and Tasting Event will be hosted by Tallboy & Moose brewer Jack Ledingham and Melbourne Sake’s Matt Kingsley-Shaw.

The duo will discuss how sake is made and how the sake/beer hybrid was born. At our very special event participants will try:

• 2 x different types of Sake from Melbourne Sake 
• 1 x Japanese style beer and
• Our special hybrid Melbourne Sake and Tallboy & Moose beer
• Plus, expertly matched snacks
