A Masterclass in Living Flavour | Melbourne Food & Wine Festival 2026
Deep-dive into the wild and wonderful world of fermentation with a masterclass tasting led by five makers. Enjoy tangy krauts from The Fermentary, rich Wilder Foods miso, smooth Living Koko chocolate and fiery Ultra Culture hot sauce. Each tasting will be paired with beer and served alongside stories from the makers themselves. Discover how living cultures turn humble ingredients into bold, complex, and downright delicious flavours.
