The ultimate Mixed Pack of our two latest releases. Both are brewed with Sushi Rice - one light and extremely sessionable, the other packing an interesting Saison-flavour.
That's Rice - Rice Lager, 4.2%
That's crisp, that's refreshing, that's rice. A clean Lager brewed with pale malt and Japanese sushi rice, which keep things light in body and colour. Magnum and Motueka hops then come in and give this beer balance, a subtle bitterness and citrus-y touch. That's nice!
Fusion Dance - Sake-Beer Saison, 6.5%
A very special collaboration with our friends from Melbourne Sake, Australia's first craft sake brewery. As taught by Dragon Ball Z, the 'Fusion Dance' merges two bodies into a single, superior entity. This is what we've done here: brewed with Sushi rice and Sake 701 yeast, hopped with Motueka and Magnum. Fuuuuusion!
